information. When we request individual information for responding to
your inquiries, we first indicate the purposes of acquiring the personal
information and request that you agree to sending them.
The information so collected are only used for the purposes indicated to
you prior to receiving them. Personal information collected will be
strictly managed following the purpose of "Personal Information Protection Law,"
and we have implemented means for preventing illegal acces from the outside,
leaking, loss, misuse, and unintended revision of such data.
(Nondisclosure policy) Nalux does not reveal or offer personal information from a customer to a 3rd party without the consent of the customer. (Exceptions) In the following situations, Nalux may disclose or provide personal information. (1) The customer voluntarily disclosed or provided its personal informaiton to a 3rd party through Nalux. (2) When legally requested by a public organization. |
